Success became Dangerous!

I had 60 potential clients in the pipeline and I was losing my mind. I had two assistants and office help, but the back office support had refused to learn a new system. That meant less than 30 days to thousands of dollars in commission per transaction got pushed into the future, a seemingly never arriving future. I met with the Boss and manager and threatened to leave. They made promises. I felt relieved. I hated moving. Life was overwhelming already. 18 hours of work per day…only slightly exaggerating, because when I fell asleep I dreamed work.
Well the problem didn’t get fixed and I didn’t move. Days became filled managing a pipeline of clients and my word mattered, promises were made, and every day, dollars slipped away. The phone rang with a clang, and I no longer called for more business. Once my friend, the phone became heavy and scary, and filled with endless problems
I was afraid to get another client. Unconsciously each client I got became a mountain of work and a fear. Fear that I would let them down. My life was difficult and I cared about their lives as well. I was letting everyone down. And many other points of view…” It is too hard, Not worth it, There has to be something more meaningful, I will never have fun again, I don’t get to see my daughter enough and when I do I think about work” These and other viewpoints became mine without realizing it.
I got all the clients that stayed what I had promised. Some of those promises came in the form of me writing checks versus receiving checks, but my promises were complete.
I went from a top producer to above average and then searching for more in life. I held so many unconscious beliefs that drove me like a sheep in a maze of a pen or like a sheep with invisible sheep dogs biting at me.
Maybe it is all meant to be. Because I found a coaching method that allowed me to see and drop blocks like a happy child when his parents come home. I dropped my blocks and resistances in life in minutes; like blocks of ice melting on asphalt in an August Phoenix sun.
I arose again, the phone again my friend. Play filled the air, and I smiled and dialed with love.
My lover also appreciated my dropping of blocks and playing with her. Instead of pushing I became Fun. That is another story
